  • Asset Adjustment

  • Merging companies

    We currently have (13) companies set up in our FAS Asset System.   These (13) companies represent our various centers.  We are thinking it would be practical to have these set up as (1) company in FAS which would require us to perform a merge.  Has anyone ever merged companies?  I welcome any ...

     I have an asset from 2008 that we received a credit towards in 2009.  Normally, the practice here was to enter the credit as a new asset.  Through a training course, i knew you could make an adjustment to the asset.  Keep in mind, the 2008 depreciation expense reports have been given to our auditors so we don't want these ...
