I don't qualify even as a novice, but, I'm filling in for a co-worker of mine and I've received a ticket and I'm stumped. A user is trying to print what appears to be "Asset Information". However, they receive the following error.

"Error occurred while generating report - please contact your System Administrator

Details: Print Main Tab Information

The ) is missing.:

C:\ProgramFiles\SageFAS\FASGOVMS\REPORTS\prntmngh.rpt"

I've seen a couple of post that seem to be kinda of close to this error, but, noting exactly. And, having no background with this software I'm stumped. Would be very appreciative if someone could at least guide me down a path to work on.
