Update for v2001 FAS Database

I have a customer with old FAS. I think v2001 and then MAS90 v4.10. I've upgraded them to MAS90 v4.30 and the FAS to v2008,. Now I can't access the FAS company. What should I do? Sorry, I'm not familiar with FAS.

FAS 2008 is supported with MAS 90 4.30. Did you upgrade FAS incrementally...e.g. 2001, 2002, 2003...? Or did you just install FAS v2008 on top of the 2001 version?

I would recommend calling FAS Technical Support for assistance with this. If you are a MAS business partner without a FAS customer number, please call MAS Technical Support and ask to be transferred to FAS Technical Support.
