Just an update on the upcoming FAS 2009.1 Tax Update.  As I mentioned previously, the IRS has been very slow in releasing final tax forms this year.  We are still waiting on a few of them but here are our current plans:

We plan to have the FAS 2009.1 Tax Update completed and posted on the FAS SupportPlus Online website by January 11th.  We will also begin production and shipment of CDs to all customers on a current support plan.  However, this assumes that the IRS will make their promised release date for the last couple of tax forms -and- there there are no surprise changes beyond those we already know about. 

If the IRS misses their promised date (again) we will probably release the products anyway and issue a special update a little later.  If they make changes beyond those they have already told us about we will likely have to push the release date by a few days.
